Summary:
When the גמרא in חולין stated that the חמצו של עוברי עבירה are מותר מיד לאחר הפסח since they exchange it with חמצו של נכרים it is either following the הו"א here, or מיד is not precise and it is מותר only if there is sufficient time for the נכרי to make new חמץ.

Summary:
Even if we maintain אין פודין את הקדשים להאכילן לכלבים nevertheless by קדושת דמים the איסור is waived if it is להסיקו תחת תבשילו; however if it is by קרבנות, it is forbidden לפדותו even if it is להסיקו תחת תבשילו. If one intends to burn the חמץ he is not עובר on ב"י וב"י for the duration which he holds the חמץ.
