תוס' ד"ה ואבר

ואבר מן החי לבני נח – And a limb from a live animal to בני נח

Summary: A ישראל is forbidden from assisting a נכרי [even for free] to acquire איסה"נ which belong to the נכרי. It is considered as if the ישראל is benefitting from איסוה"נ. The exception is if it is לא אפשר ולא קא מיכוון (or if the נכרי is not aware that he is being assisted).

תוס' ד"ה סלקא

סלקא דעתך אמינא בשרו אין עורו לא –It might have entered your mind to say only the flesh but not the hide

Summary: The תורה must write את בשרו (either for עבדיה כעין בשר or some other דרשה) and therefore must also write ובעל השור נקי to include עורו.

תוס' ד"ה מנין

מנין שלא יצבע –From where do we derive that he should not dye

Summary: איסור הנאה does not necessarily include איסור צביעה (for it is merely an appearance) or איסור הדלקה (for it is part of the destruction process). The איסור הדלקה is only by oil where the איסור is בעין however by firewood it may be permitted (according to the מ"ד אין שבח עצים בפת).

Summary: לא יאכל (on it own) cannot include איסור צביעה for צביעה is חזותא בעלמא.
