Summary:
The case of the קידושין (just as the case of תרומה) is where he appointed the סרסיא to be his שליח to be מקדש an אשה for the owner.

If one betroths with his portion, she is not betrothed - המקדש בחלקו אינה מקודשת

Summary:
One can be מקדש with a service which he provides (since there is a fee for the service), however one cannot be מקדש with קדשים, since they are ממון גבוה, he is not giving her anything of his own.

Summary:
According to רש"י woman do not enter the עזרה. According to תוספות it is unusual (and disgraceful) for women to enter the עזרה to become מקודשות.

And this shall be for you from the holy, etc. - וזה יהיה לך מקדש כולי

Summary:
If the תורה would not have written לך, there would be no need to write מן האש to prohibit using the קדשים for all your needs.
