Summary
According to one מ"ד by a גז"ש which is מופנה מצד אחד we are משיבין, therefore אזנו must be מופנה, otherwise we can distinguish מצורע from נרצע since a מצורע requires עץ ארז ואזוב ושני תולעת.

Summary:
There is a dispute whether the הלכה is like ר"נ or not. Alternately all agree to שעבודא דר"נ regarding a loan; the dispute is only whether we apply שעבודא דר"נ even regarding wages.

Summary:
משנה שכר שכיר can be understood merely as an appeasement for the owner, but not to teach us any laws concerning בע"כ.

תוס' ד"ה איזהו

What is something, which applies to a man and does not apply to a woman -איזהו דבר שנוהג באיש ואינו נוהג באשה

Summary:
The concept of נוהג באיש ולא באשה apples more readily to נרצע, and not to מכרוהו בי"ד, since a woman can also be sold as a slave. The ברייתא should have stated directly that the פסוק of ושבתם איש refers to a נרצע , without resorting to eliminate the other types of עבדים.
