Summary:
By ספינה זו ויין זה the money remains by the מוחזק. By ספינה סתם ויין זה, the ריב"ם maintains that he only pays for the first half of the trip, even though that if he paid already he receives nothing back. By ספינה סתם ויין סתם the ריב"ם is unsure whether he pays a fourth or a half.
