Summary: תפיסה is not effective unless it was done בהיתר or קודם שנולד הספק.

And nine are not tithed - ותשעה לאו בר עשורי נינהו

Summary: If there were ten sheep or more initially then the remainder must be combined לגורן אחר; however if initially there were less than ten then there is no חיוב מעשר at all.

He jumped; all are exempt - קפץ כולן פטורין

Summary: Why do we not say that the מנוי שקפץ is בטל ברוב?

They should be exempt because of the proper counting - לפטרו במנין הראוי

Summary: In a case of קפץ the ruling should be that the tenth and eleventh are קודש מספק.
