כולה רבי טרפון היא – It is entirely according to רבי טרפון

Summary: It would seem that according to the גמרא here we should be able to resolve the doubt mentioned previously whether ר"ח ור"א disagree concerning חצר השותפין. The criterion of חצר הניזק depends primarily whether the דבר המזיק had permission to be there (but not whether the מזיק has permission to utilize it).

ראוי לה אין שאין ראוי לה לא – What is fitting for her, yes; what is not fitting for her, no

Summary: The inference of השן מועדת לאכול את הראוי לה is that if it ate שאין ראוי לה, it pays a ח"נ as it is clearly stated in the משנה in פ"ב.

Summary: All the חיות are חייב a נ"ש in the רשות הניזק if they damaged כאורחייהו, and are פטור ברה"ר. If they damaged שלא כאורחייהו they are חייב a ח"נ.
