תוס' ד"ה פרץ

He dismantled the door frames; it is מטמא the entire surroundings - פרץ פצימיו מטמא כל סביביו

Summary:
According to רש"י if פרץ פצימיו the ד' אמות around the house are מטמא like a קבר (because of the concern that one may touch the house). According to תוספות if פרץ פצימיו the זיזין around the house are מטמא טומאת אוהל.

תוס' ד"ה מצר

It is forbidden to alter a boundary which a multitude occupied - מצר שהחזיקו בו רבים אסור לקלקלו

Summary:
The rule of מצר שהחזיקו בו רבים אסור לקלקלו is valid only if they occupied the property ברשות.

And they do not argue; this master according to his place and this master according to his place - ולא פליגי מר כי אתריה ומר כי אתריה

Summary:
The חכמים allow coercing a division (even if there is not a full day’s work) as long as it will be worthwhile to till the land.

And if you wish I can say, by plowing, planting and returning - ואי בעית אימא בכרבא וזרעא ובהדורי

It takes the same amount of time to plow for seeding and to seed, as it takes for the first plowing alone.

An area which requires one day of plowing at seeding time is the equivalent of plowing twice two days initially.

According to the ר"ח the דוולא refers to fields that require irrigation, and according to רש"י it means a cistern.

ר' יוסי said; these cannot be but words of prophesy - אמר רבי יוסי אין אלו אלא דברי נביאות

Summary:
The expression אין אלו אלא דברי נביאות, is not complimentary.

Is then a wise man not a prophet - אטו חכם לאו נביא הוא
