Summary:
כפרות are מחלקות according to everyone, so there is a possibility of bringing two חטאות, if he brought a חטאת on one שוגג before he became aware of the other שוגג.

Summary:

We assume that בן בתירא permits selling horses (even) to Persians, since בן בתירא did not qualify his permissive ruling.

Summary:
According to רש"י a משאצל"ג is one where he would rather not have to do it. According to תוספות it is a מלאכה which is not done for the same purpose as it was done in the משכן. [Only by מקלקלין (ע"מ לתקן) do we require that it should be לגופו ולגופה (but not by הוצאה).]

Human dignity is great, for it sets aside a Torah prohibition - גדול כבוד הבריות שדוחה את לא תעשה שבתורה
