תוס' ד"ה רבי

Rabi Yehoshuah says; One who eats food, which is a Rishon or Shaynee; is a Shaynee - רבי יהושע אומר האוכל אוכל ראשון ושני שני

Summary:
A solution which requires a גזירה must be rationalized.

תוס' ד"ה זמנין

Sometimes when he eats impure foods, etc. - זמנין דאכיל אוכלין טמאין כולי

Summary:
פסול גוייה is only for eating תרומה and only if he ate a חצי פרס of אוכלין טמאין, while האוכל אוכל שני is פסול even to touch תרומה and even if he ate only a כביצה אוכלין טמאין.

And he will take liquid T’rumoh and put it in his mouth and disqualify them - ושקיל משקין דתרומה ושדי לפומיה ופסיל להו

Summary:
The גזירה of הפוסל את התרומה מטמא משקין להיות תחלה was made after the גזירת י"ח דבר.

תוס' ד"ה תנא וכו' ספר

We learnt; Also the hands which come because of a scroll - תנא אף הידים הבאות מחמת ספר

Summary:
The rule of כל הפוסל את התרומה מטמא את הידים להיות שניות, is only in regard to קודש, however regarding תרומה it is only by ידים הבאים מחמת ספר.

It was taught; also the hands, etc. - תנא אף הידים כולי

Summary:
The משנה of כתבי הקודש מטמאין את הידים can either mean לתרומה or only for הקדש. The רבנן agree that שני עושה שני where there is sufficient reason like by האוכל אוכל שני שני.

Also the hands that come on account of a scroll - אף הידים הבאות מחמת ספר

Summary:
It would seem that the גזירה on ידים הבאות מחמת ספר was made between the גזירות of ספר and ידים סתם which would make it the י"ט דבר!

One who grasps a Sefer Torah bare-handed - האוחז ספר תורה ערום

Summary:
Seemingly the prohibition to hold a ס"ת ערום extends to all כתבי קודש.

Without that Mitzvoh - בלא אותה מצוה

Summary:
Holding a ספר ערום will prevent one from receiving any reward even for learning or גלילה with that ספר.
