תוס' ד"ה כל

Wherever they are the same, etc. - כל היכא דכי הדדי וכולי

Summary:
The תורה was עקם to teach us that when כי הדדי נינהו one chooses a לשון נקיה.

תוס' ד"ה רכבת

It is written: 'Roicheves' - רוכבת כתיב

Summary:
A חסר in the word ישב requires a דרשה. The פסוק could not have written ישבת for we have no דרשה to explain the חסר.

Harvesting olives need not be done אין מוסקין בטהרה- בטהרה

Summary:
Olives may be harvested בכלים טמאים, since a) the seepage is not considered משקה and b) people will not squeeze out the juice of an olive on other olives in order to preserve the juice.

A disqualifying flaw - שמץ פסול

Summary:
The שמץ פסול was a matter pertaining to ע"ז, which prohibits the כהן from serving in the מקדש.

Summary:
One who comes and claims he is a Jew, is believed. If he claims he was נתגייר he is also believed provided that we are not aware of his genealogy.

Did they feed you from the fat tail - מאליה מי קספו לך

Summary:
Most פסחים were brought from a טלה, where אליתו קריבה לגבוה. Rabbi יהודה ב"ב was not עולה לרגל either because he had no קרקע, was unable to walk, or lived in חו"ל.

Summary:
He was called חקוקאה either because he was a scribe or he came from the city חוקקה.
