Others say; one who lends his friend (with a note) for ten years, Shve’is does not exempt him - איכא דאמרי המלוה חבירו (בשטר ) לעשר שנים אין שביעית משמטתו

The ר"ת rules that a loan for ten years is not משמט (as opposed to the view of the אזהרות).

תוס' ד"ה המוסר

One who transfers his notes to Bais Din - המוסר שטרותיו לבית דין

Summary:
According to רש"י a פרוזבול and המוסר שטרותיו לבי"ד are identical while תוספות maintains that if one is מוסר שטרותיו לבי"ד physically it is not משמט even מדאורייתא.

And Shmuel maintains, he is not liable for deceit - ושמואל אומר אין לו עליו אונאה

Summary:
Both by שביעית and אונאה it is possible that the stipulation will not violate the law.

תוס' ד"ה על

With the stipulation that there is no deceit; nevertheless the rules of אונאה apply - על מנת שאין בו אונאה הרי יש בו אונאה

Summary:
According to רש"י the meaning of ע"מ שאין לו בו אונאה is that the stipulation is that it is an honest sale without deception; according to תוספות it means that the laws of אונאה should not apply (as opposed to ע"מ שאין לך עלי אונאה, which means that you should be מוחל me the אונאה).
